Healing meditation
The following is a meditation specifically for kidney stones or any other kinds of blockages within the body. It also refers tangentially to spiritual blockages. Reading this orients your intention and opens you to the divine healing that is ever present.
Everything is moving easily now flowing perfectly along to its intended destination. There is a smooth series of subtle openings that ease this progress steadily and surely and irrevocably raised to the highest level of unfoldment. This holds true in body and mind, as well as heart and soul. If there is anything that we are holding on to we release it completely without regret and experience a sense of becoming in the process going forward. The vessels open and relax and allow the light to spread intentionally and directionally perfect. All of this takes place within the framework of the body yes but also within the outward ethereal realms where the substance of things to come issue forth from. These openings are progressive relaxations of muscle and surrounding tissues returning to a sense of harmony and well being within.
Breathing becomes deeper as a result of this intention and this further moves along the easing process whereby what is being held on to is now released completely and is let go. There is no sense of effort in any of this allowing mind to reach its own state of fulfillment through the awareness of the reactions of the enclosing forms.
The water helps to maintain the fluid nature of the body that is now connected in a network of freely circulating fluid moving all obstructions to the side or dissipating them in their own way that goes beyond what we may think about them. There is both an expansion and a return to the natural form. This takes place instantaneously as well as continuously throughout this day making a harmonious place within.
All of these changes are promoted first by the consciousness of the change within and then radiating outwards covering an expanse both immense in spatial as well as spiritual dimensions. This process in its initial inception may be known as the reporting of the field as it becomes within and without the shape of its container. Its container is the intention that focuses these thoughts in the directions into which they may become most accustomed to as in a calm relaxed state of perfect attention.
It is a curious phenomena that prior to the birth of anything there is at the culmination or gestation process a marked period however long or short of intensified holding on so that in effect at the end where birth takes place the holding on transforms itself entirely into a period of equally intense letting go. Plus those thoughts that do now appear are harbingers of the birthing coming about as signals to consciousness in general that it is indeed time to let go completely in order that the next level may live and thrive in their existence.
Consider this then as stage one of letting go. We will now go deeper and see where this takes us. To begin with deeper in this case means both inward and outward. The outward sense of consciousness is its unique connection to all of those thoughts everywhere. In order to narrow the field somewhat to our specific interests we are visualizing thoughts that have come and go imagining their linkages in a favorable manner in order to free up the trapped energy or klippoth of energy. This is accomplished in the following manner.
Here we must rely on the gentle realm of suggestion. We may speak in terms of that which is encompassing and that which is encompassed round about. This is most definitely the spiritual realm and it has the maximum effect on the body since it is intimately tied to the body in every way.
Now there must be persistence of effort along equal lines of inquiry. This means that thoughts are directly and intentionally linked together both in minutiae and in the greater universal macro sphere. Everything you hear and all that you see may be thought of not as mere sensory impressions in and out meaningless in their own way but rather as energy for the fusion of the creator aligned thought forms.
This brings us to the force or power behind all of this, which is of course Hashem. That which we refer to as Hashem is the all abiding presence of the principle of divine reflection known otherwise in many descriptions including, ‘as above so below,’ ‘man created in the image of Elohim,’ and similar attempts to describe the unknown. All of these descriptions are pointers to the real thing that will never be totally understood. And yet still these descriptions serve a very important function. It is to direct our thoughts with the power and imagination that we have been born with to utilize to produce the divine connection. We need to be there. It is that simple.
Repetition brings forth added dimensions to the discovery within and without. Imagine that your thoughts take the shape of an ethereal mold that is simply waiting for the influx of creator flow or life-force in order to vitiate the connections causing the fulfillment of those potentials in reality constructs. The very word fulfillment gives a hint as to what is taking place here. Quite simply it is to be filled to fullness or in essence overflowing. When there is this overflow it subsequently promotes all kinds of good aspects including the release of that which it has been holding on to.
The spiritual essence behind this sort of promotion is in the nature of a deep breath that nature sometimes takes in the springtime where everything seems to stand still or is in movement rejoicing in the moments just for themselves. This is also akin to waterfalls that cascade endlessly below splashing their abundance creating pools of massive energy that quickly turns into the currents that run sidewise down the mountain slopes.
All throughout this letting go there is the sense of a wind that is at your back. This wind is the connection of Hashem that flows through all things including these inspirations that occur in these moments of intentional reflection.
Two things make it easier for the water to flow. One is the widening of the channel and two is the dissipation of the granules in the water that impede the flow. It is to this dissipation specifically that we will now turn.
The granules in the current may be compared to thoughts that do not line up correctly within the harmony of the intention being visualized. We could call these Yetzer Hara brought upon by a number of conscious or subconscious influences. Still no matter what they are called there is in place a definite method for their dissipation both in reducing their effects and in completely assimilating the decreased granules so that either they are passed or put to use. Most of the time they will be passed becoming a part in general of those concepts that will never see the light of day again. These granules may break apart into pieces small enough to pass through the river without impeding the flows or they may completely be erased particle by particle from within with a laser beam like spiritual light. This light operates to diminish these granules as a result of the operation of the spiritual letting go that works from within this time to release the bonds that bind to make them into the very tiniest grains of sand like substance. Once reduced or moderated in this manner these sand like substances pass into oblivion and indeed entirely out of the system. Now in addition to these actions taking place within there are also outwards effects brought about through dissolving agents. These dissolving agents become so in direct response to their application. They are transformed into dissolving agents by meditating upon the holy name Hashem. In this way we ensure that there is spiritualization all along the way of the letting go of any blockages that may be present however they may appear.
Persistent effort makes everything possible because without it the template for expression is diminished even though a good start has been promoted. There is a certain point at which the overflow is enough to be self-sustaining but until that point efforts must intentionally be made.
In order to loosen blockages imagine similar situations to provide corollary examples. Imagine the clouds disappearing before you. Imagine the water on the windshield drying with the wind. Imagine the natural healing that takes place within you. Wounds close up they dissipate they transform and new skin appears. The same is true in any kind of healing. Whatever else it may be when there is a blockage it is a precursor to transformation and that is where the mind body laser like works ceaselessly to reduce and remove these blockages at once and continuously thereafter.
This process is grounded in the now taking place immediately. Time sense is not necessary here because all it takes is the appearance of the thing itself and then time is declared irrelevant once and for all.
When the mind queries or seeks answers within it doesn’t stop at the confines of mere experiential data although that is certainty a good place to begin. It also recognizes that the entire universe is responding to its call via the mechanism of divine connection. Expectation is the key component throughout. It is the pro forma groundwork happening in the moment to setup every answer that comes in response to any and all queries in whatever manner they have been asked or offered.
